The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is the newest large lot custom home community to EBR parish.  It is a 75 acre development on the corner of Tiger Bend Rd and Babin Rd and  borders Lake @ White Oak and consist of 105 lots.  The lots will range from .3 acres – 1.4 acres with the average lots being around .5 acres. There are 40 lots in the development that are .5 acres and larger.  There will be approx. 14 acres of green space and approx. 13 acres of lakes that will have lighted fountains installed.  There will be a first class entrance, monuments, hardscape, landscape and sidewalks.  Lots will start at $110,000.00; subject to change.  There are 2 Entry and Exit routes available to the subdivision and all homes will be built out of the flood zone.  All house plans will be architecturally reviewed and controlled and must be approved by the ACC/Developer.

The minimum living square footages are 2,400, 2,600, and 2,800 depending on each particular lot. All builders will need to go through an approval process by the developer. Lot Purchase Agreements will be executed with a non-refundable deposit.

Lot deposits are as follows:
Estate Lot – $10,000.00
Lake Lot – $5,000.00
Standard Lot – $2,500.00

Approximate Lot Closing schedule:
Phase 1: July – August 2019
Phase 2: September – October 2019
Phase 3: October – December 2019
